For a Team Lead, who will join a Global Sourcing team of 7 co - workers in Kaunas. The main responsibility in this role is to ensure effective work of the Global sourcing team, smooth cooperation with suppliers and colleagues from other departments and fulfill customer and employer’s expectations related to sourcing material.

• Identification of opportunities and implementation of actions to reduce wasted time, money and resources from assigned tasks;
• Continuously monitoring of risk and improvement of quality;
• Daily/monthly sourcing activities (cooperation with appointed material commodity suppliers, KPIs personal and department, cost reduction activities);
• Department updates to all sites (change of responsibilities on supplier level, a summary of Supplier terms and Conditions and etc.);
• Participation in company projects and performing other management delegated tasks related to the direct duties;
• Arrangement of meetings with suppliers. Presentation of prepared material and further follow-up on agreed actions;
• Mentoring for new employees.

• Strong English language skills, both oral and written;
• Experience in sourcing or procurement;
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel;
• Result-oriented, excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Strong strategic and analytic thinking; individual and team leadership.
