Job description

Work with business clients and develop long-term relationships with clients and partners. Provide technical consulting and search for technical solutions in cooperation with branches in Lithuania and abroad. Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, coordinate contracts, and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, installers, and clients.
  • Handle inquiries, pricing, and proposals.
  • Manage customer feedback and claims.
  • Ensure effective marketing actions and product training.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Requirement
  • Higher education (preferably in construction, engineering, or management).
  • Work experience in sales, negotiation, or technical support, preferably with construction or technical products.
  • Good knowledge of the local construction market and customer base.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in English (Russian would be an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Responsible, quick to learn new technologies, curious, and eager to improve.
  • Positive mindset, team player, goal-oriented, and focused on client needs.
  • Driver’s license (B category).
