Our client – an International manufacturing company, which is expanding rapidly now, in Kaunas office is looking for:

Job description

Lead and develop the local IT team, ensuring strong competence, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Maintain high system availability and ensure 24/7 operational reliability of the factory’s IT infrastructure.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity standards (such as CMMC and ISO 27001) while ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements.
Collaborate with the management team on IT strategy, budgeting, cybersecurity exercises, and business continuity planning.
Manage external IT service providers, monitoring quality, performance, and alignment with company goals.
Participate in global IT modernization projects, including infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and service optimization.
Work closely with international teams and partners to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across IT operations.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Solid technical foundation and strong problem-solving mindset.
Proven leadership experience in IT operations.
Ability to operate effectively both tactically and strategically.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Veeam, HPE StoreOnce, Microsoft Intune, and ITIL® 4 is a plus.;
Demonstrated experience with ISO 27001 certification and compliance processes from an IT perspective considered as an added advantage.
