- Preparation and submission of monthly end and annual closing process of the legal entity and reporting of the group consolidation system according to the deadline;
- Supporting managers with financial data and analysis;
- Organizing the work of the accounting team;
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with auditors, financial and tax authorities;
- Taking responsibility for tax accounting and declaration reporting;
- Preparing and conducting regular inventories of assets of Lithuanian companies;
- Manage day-to-day control and monitoring of all relevant accounting processes;
- Work closely with businesses to fully understand the flow of transactions into the balance sheet to ensure there are no material misstatements;
- Expenses & cash flow management and financial analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Chief Accountant or similar position, preferably gained in an international company;
- Higher education in economics;
- Continuous improvement and “can-do” attitude;
- Effective written and spoken communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
- Good knowledge of accounting systems, as well MS Excel and other IS/IT tools;
- Understanding cost accounting principles;
- Honesty, accuracy, and regularity.
- Knowledge of the Business Central / Navision system;
- Positive attitude to life;
- Knowledge of IFRS standards.
- Gross salary in the range of 2500 - 2700 euros, an annual bonus in accordance with the financial results of the company after the submitting of the annual report and in accordance with personal contribution.
